NEW LISTINGS: 437 LAST YEAR: 453 SOLD: 306 SOLD LAST YEAR: 258

WHAT’S THE MARKET LIKE?
I am in the trenches listing every neighborhood and the market is hot. My 3 listings in the past month tell the story: Branderwood (off Starkey) had 24 showings, Moncap near Poages Mill had 6 in half a day, Timberidge in Vinton had the same & all had multiple offers. Not to mention I wrote an offer for one of my clients/a buyer for a home on Pomeroy in NW. We went up against 9 offers & we came in 2nd because we would not waive the home inspection. If Mortgage rates decline to 5.5% this year (Bloomburgsurvey) we will have more & more multiple offer situations. 

HOME IMPROVEMENT TIP:
This will improve your life too! I remember when I was in 2nd grade the first TV remote came out and I thought “wow I don’t have to get up to change the channel?!” Introducing Philips HUE Smart Light Bulbs. I have been using them for 2 years and you can turn your lights on and off from anywhere! Pull in the driveway, light up the house or turn them all off with Siri or Alexa before you go to bed! You will love them. 

STAYING LOCAL:
