#1 THE HOARDER TRASH MASTER DIRTY TENANT Tom let his daughter move into his house and pay a fair rent because he loved her. HE never check on property. She’s his baby girl. Months later, her new boyfriend he was unaware of moved in. He is not a nice guy. He put holes in the doors. She is a hoarder and began stockpiling trash bags of personal belongings, and not to mention they do not clean… at all. He walked in months later (like the rest of the stories) to find this!!
#2 THE WATER LEAKER Liz who owns her own business is too busy to check on her property. Her tenant did not tell her there was a water leak from the roof! Rain after rain brought this PAIN.
